Introduction

A candidate may not be satisfied with the result of an assessment/examination/another interest/procedure related to certification by means of this business enterprise. He should get a right to appeal towards choice on certification.

Aim

The aim of this file is to streamline the manner of effective coping with of appeals towards selection associated with evaluation/examination/every other interest/technique related to certification inside the agency.

Who can Appeal

A candidate/assesse, who has appeared for an assessment is allowed to appeal within five working days of declaration of result.

How to Appeal

The appeal can be submitted on line and will be addressed to the mail ID: rationalmultiskills.helpdesk@gmail.com

Who will handle in the organization

A committee comprised as under will handle the appeal:

Members: Executive Director and certification team.

Proceedings and Disposal of Appeal

The appeal will be evaluated and selection taken within five days from the date of receipt of appeal. The selection could be reassessment/no longer certified/certification confirmed.

Action on Decision

Following actions will be taken on the decision of the committee:

  • • The selection could be intimated to the appellant/candidate within forty eight hours of the choice taken.
  • • If attraction is widely wide-spread for certification, certificates issue method to be intimated & released to candidate within 7 running days with the aid of certification era phase of IT branch.
  • • If appeal is time-honoured for reassessment, new admit card issue manner to be intimated &sent to candidate inside 7 running days by using exam coordinator.

Documentation

The following documentation could be carried out for information and destiny reference:

  • 1. Hard copy of appeal & selection will be maintained with the aid of exam branch.
  • 2. Soft copy will be maintained in following format by Examination department.

Review of Process
